Ordering & Customization

Are your canvas prints made to order?

Yes, all our canvas wall prints, posters, and framed art are made to order using premium materials. This ensures each piece is fresh, meticulously crafted, and personalized to your preferences.

Can I customize the artwork with my own photo or design?

Absolutely! We offer a custom print service where you can upload your own image, artwork, or design. Whether it's a family portrait, a wedding photo, or a business logo, we’ll print it to your desired size and format. Please ensure your file is high resolution (at least 300 DPI).

Can I add text, quotes, or special dates to the prints?

Yes. You can request personalized text additions such as names, quotes, or important dates. Simply include your instructions at checkout or contact us after placing the order.

What sizes are available for canvas and posters?

We offer a wide range of standard and custom sizes including: 8"x12", 12"x18", 16"x24", 20"x30", 24"x36", 30"x40", and more. If you need a specific custom size, we’re happy to accommodate.

What is the difference between framed canvas, unframed canvas, and art poster?

Framed Canvas: Printed on premium canvas and mounted on a wooden frame, ready to hang straight out of the box.
Unframed Canvas (Rolled): The same high-quality canvas print without a frame — ideal if you want to frame it yourself.
Art Poster: Printed on thick museum-grade poster paper with rich ink density, suitable for pinning or framing.

What printing technology do you use?

We use giclée printing with archival inks to produce museum-quality prints with exceptional color accuracy, sharpness, and longevity.

Are your materials eco-friendly?

Yes. All our materials — including inks, papers, and packaging — are sustainably sourced and eco-friendly wherever possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and more.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • UK Shipping: 2–3 working days (free standard)
  • USA Shipping: 5–9 working days
  • Next-Day Delivery (UK only): Available at checkout
  • International Shipping: 5–10 working days depending on location

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express and next-day delivery options are available at checkout for UK customers. For international express delivery, please contact us for a custom quote.

How are the prints packaged?

All orders are securely packed using reinforced tubes or flat protective boxes to ensure safe delivery. Framed pieces are double-wrapped and cushioned for protection.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund.

What is your return policy?

As all our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind. However, we do accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, we usually start production, so cancellation may not be possible.

Artwork & Resolution

What resolution should my uploaded image be?

For the best quality, your image should be at least 300 DPI at the desired print size. If you're unsure, email us your image and we’ll advise if it’s suitable for printing.

Will the colors of the print match my screen?

We use calibrated monitors and professional color profiling, but slight variations can occur due to differences in device displays. Rest assured, we prioritize color fidelity in every print.

Framing & Hanging

Are the framed canvases ready to hang?

Yes, all framed canvases arrive fully assembled with hanging hardware pre-installed.

Can I hang the canvas in a bathroom or humid environment?

We recommend keeping your prints away from direct moisture. Bathrooms with good ventilation are generally fine, but avoid steam-heavy areas.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?
