At Canvas Wall Prints, every piece of artwork is made to order — custom printed, hand-finished, and carefully packaged just for you. Because our canvas prints, framed canvases, and poster art are made specifically to your selection of size, format, and design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items, mistaken sizes, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please double-check your order details, including artwork design, size, and framing option, before confirming your purchase. We provide detailed product descriptions, sizing guides, and previews to help you make an informed decision.

What is Not Eligible for Return

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or style preference after purchase
  • Custom or personalised orders (e.g. name/date prints, lyrics, map coordinates, etc.)
  • Minor variations in colour or layout due to screen differences or print positioning

Damaged or Defective Orders

We take quality control seriously and carefully inspect every item before dispatch. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re committed to resolving it swiftly.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect (including packaging if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A free replacement of the same item
  • A partial refund (for minor issues not affecting usability)
  • A full refund if the product is unusable and cannot be replaced

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item, or responsibly dispose of it before a replacement is sent.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will track your parcel and liaise with the courier. If the item is confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Custom & Personalised Orders

All personalised canvas prints and posters — including name prints, date-specific artwork, custom coordinates, or lyric-based prints — are final sale. Refunds or exchanges are only offered for damage or production errors, not for layout or content approved by the buyer.

Return Shipping

In cases where a return is approved (e.g. due to incorrect item sent), we will provide a return shipping label or cover the cost of return postage. Please do not return any item without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
